The
Mexican-Mediterranean style of the Villas of Careyes blends the modern
look of the Luis Barragan school with the primitive thatch
of palapa roofs. Designed by architects Marco Aldaco, Diego
Villasenor, and Jean Claude Galibert, these world famous homes
have been featured in Architectural Digest, Cote Sud, House
and Garden, and Alti Publishing's book Houses of the Pacific.
Three of the largest villas are Sol del Oriente, Sol del Occidente,
and Casa Mi Ojo. |
